Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! While we do our best to offer the very best images and descriptions, we understand that sometimes buying online is not the same as seeing and touching an item in person.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date as detailed below. We ask that the product be in the same condition you received it (unused), tags attached, and in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, and/or other documentation intact.

Warranty related returns are handled by the manufacturer. If you need assistance contacting the manufacturer, just let us know!

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please contact us prior to returning any product. Failure to do so may result in our inability to accept the item and refund according to our policy.

ONCE WE HAVE APPROVED YOUR RETURN, please pack the item along with the original packing slip and send back to us using your preferred shipping method.

 

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE CALCULATED?

Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, shipping charges, and E-Transfer or cheque & postage fees if applicable. Additionally, if the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the threshold of a free shipping promotion, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


WHEN/HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You will receive a refund within 10 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. We will issue a refund to the email address used for E-Transfer or to the credit card used at purchase. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card used at purchase, we will send a cheque to the purchaser at the billing address provided at purchase.
